“Where do we begin? From the moment we arrived at the lodge we were home. My wife and I wanted to have a successful hunt together, little did we know that we would be leaving The Lodge with new friends and amazing memories. Their accommodations exceeded our expectations, the rooms had plenty of room for our gear, we had our own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Their food was out of this world… some of the best down home cooking we’ve ever had! Jan is a master chief! The guides know what they are doing and they were prepared for our group. They knew where the studs were hanging out and they did their best to get us close to them. My wife and I made memories we will never forget. She shot her buck day two and I got mine day four and we headed back to Michigan with smiles on our faces. This is now a new vacation on our books every year!

The Lodge at Circle J is one of my go to hunting spots in the midwest. I've hunted with Dan and Jan for four years now and I'm four for four on kills for great Missouri bucks. These guys always do their best to put you on a shooter buck. I've killed four bucks with them 138",134",140" and a 166". The past few years my hunting buddies have also taken nice bucks on their property. On top of hunting, the accommodations are great. They make you feel right at home. Jan cooks some of the best food you will ever eat. After a tough day in the stand you will come back to a good home cooked meal. The hunt is very affordable and you will definitely get your money's worth. So, if you are looking for a good hunt In Northwest Missouri Dan and Jan at circle J are top notch.
